It is prudent to take partial profits on positions that have broken trendlines or key levels.
However, it can be beneficial to maintain a proactive approach and consider adding to positions that are demonstrating resilience and holding up strongly, while their MAs catches up.

ACLS $Axcelis(ACLS)$ looks great to add on existing size, but not for opening a new position in my opinion. I would have like to open this position at $86 for a start, not at $170 now.
