股票的價格走勢和什麼有關？量能。無論是這麼樣的股票，它們的價格漲跌都和成交量的大小存在決定性的關係，這些關係我們往往認爲其是大勢所趨，市場合力。因而在下文中我們將重點講述量價關係的十二字口訣。
量價關係十二字口訣是什麼？
量增價升買入，量平價跌賣出。簡單來說，一個股票的上漲往往是先出現成交量放大，這些成交量會在不斷的換手中推動股價走強。相對應的，一旦這些成交量不再增加，開始走平，那麼就意味着在這個價格已經沒有人不計成本買入，這樣往往形成的就是短期的頂部，股價即將開始下跌。
量價關係中最爲顯著的就是多空雙方的分歧與一致性，如果彼此雙方相互認同程度小、分歧大，則成交量大;反之，若多空雙方認同程度大、分歧小，則成交量小。這是量價分析一個本質的特性，大致可分爲四種情形：
【1】股價上漲、成交量小，這代表多頭佔上風且空頭不看空。
【2】股價上漲、成交量大，這代表多頭佔上風，但是空頭有拋壓。
【3】股價下跌，成交量小，這代表空頭佔上風且多頭不看漲。
【4】股價下跌，成交量大，這代表空頭佔上風，但是多頭卻是持續買入。
量價關係其實是極爲簡單，僅僅是這四個道理，就是所有量價關係的天機。
