東南亞電子商務平臺-Shopee對壘Lazada，誰會勝出？SEA Limited還能向上嗎？

大家應該對Shopee和Lazada這兩個品牌不陌生吧。

Lazada在2012年被阿里巴巴收購然後發展東南亞電子商務的平臺。在Shopee還沒推出前，曾經稱霸東南亞電子商務。Shopee是Sea Limited子公司，成立於2015年。在東南亞市場鬥個你死我活，那到底誰正在領先呢？

以下一些圖我們看看到底在東南亞每個國家哪個品牌領先者。

馬來西亞

因爲Lazada先在馬來西亞開始業務，我們可以看到Lazada是領先的（紅色線），但Shopee不斷高速成長，去到2018年已經和Lazada不相上下了然後2019年超越Lazada。之後就把距離拉遠。

本人原本也是用Lazada平臺購物，但Lazada客服真的很糟糕，一直偏幫賣方。幾次投訴沒獲得好的答覆，最後轉向了Shopee平臺。Shopee最出名的就是免費運輸費，現在反而Lazada在抄Shopee所做的東西。

新加波

一路以來，我以爲Shopee是新加波公司，應該市場一早就拿下了吧。Shopee時在去年疫情開始後才超越Lazada的。

印尼

印尼市場要加入一家本地的電商 - Tokopedia (黃色線)。不過和馬來西亞和新加波一樣也是被Shopee拿下了，而且是更早，2018年年頭就超越了。印尼是一個龐大的市場，人口高達2.7億，接近50%東南亞總人口。拿下印尼市場是非常重要的。

但在另一個網站數據顯示，其實Tokopedia還是最多瀏覽的。Shopee緊追在後。

其他市場，其實都是Shopee領先着。

在SEA Limited 最新季報裏，E-Commerce生意額跟去年相比增加了88%。看了以上資訊，也應該知道數目字不是假的。公司現在也在大力發展巴西市場，剛剛進入世界第二大人口市場 - 印度。以公司發展潛能，股價接下來幾年應該還可以翻幾倍。手上握有Sea Limited的投資者不要輕易把股票賣掉。

    As a seller in both of the platform, Shopxx is more user friendly compared to Lazaxx, the apps can do almost 95% of what PC does. However for Lazaxx, some of the features need to use PC to function it

    As a consumer, i would say Shopee give a better shopping experience, in terms of items varieties, shipping duration and price (same seller same item, shopee tends to be cheaper, own observation)

    I am a frequent online shopper in Singapore. Started with Qoo10, then Lazada. Now >90% of my purchases in terms of volume & $$ are through Shopee.
