$Citigroup(C)$  had a -15% dip during the June-July 2021 period. This to me is a buying opportunity as I always want to invest into cyclical/banks due to rise in interest rate in 2023 as the economy gets better will help in banks on their returns. And alao diversifying my portfolio from growth/tech stocks and cyclicals/finances.

Thus I feel safe investing into Citigroup for long-term. Invest safe and invest smart.
