對此，有專家分析，美聯儲的官員們已經有了初步共識，或將逐步減少每月1200億美元的資產收購。意思就是說，在無法加息的情況下，考慮先把水龍頭關小，讓泡沫和通脹先不要發展的太快。
加之疫情反彈、經濟復甦緩慢、通脹上漲等諸多偏空信息，使得美股產生了嚴重多空分歧。
$高盛(GS)$ 表示，當前美股的高估值加劇了市場的脆弱性，一旦經濟增長受到衝擊，股票有可能很快被拋售。但同時，高盛首席全球股票策略師Peter Oppenheimer 又認爲，投資者應該利用市場回調10%時來增持股票，這是抄底的好機會。
$摩根士丹利(MS)$ ，將美股評級下調爲“減持”。
$匯豐控股(00005)$ 的策略師則認爲，這是一個“逢低買入”的機會，因爲市場對經濟前景的預期“過度悲觀”。
