财经网科技8月11日讯，据天眼查App显示，近日，深圳市时代经纬科技有限公司与北京百度网讯科技有限公司侵害发明专利权纠纷一审民事裁定书公开。侵害了原告的发明专利权。本案审理期间，被告百度公司针对案涉专利权向国家知识产权局提出无效宣告请求。因此，法院认为原告时代经纬公司已丧失提起本案诉讼的权利基础。
