There are still variables in the future development.\n<div class=\"bt-text\">\n\n\n source：<a href=\"https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/nYOzG7dQ_5cC7SFkyyYUeQ\">鳌头财经</a>\n\n\n</div>\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/7cb476950a20a27b5d4b430bcabd040e","relate_stocks":{"AMZN":"亚马逊"},"source_url":"https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/nYOzG7dQ_5cC7SFkyyYUeQ","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"2158478858","content_text":"一个好消息和一个坏消息，不知道贝索斯想先听哪一个。\n好消息是近日《财富》杂志发布了2021年度世界500强企业排行榜，亚马逊（AMZN）以3860.64亿美元的营收排名第三，其与第二名中国国家电网之间只差了6亿美元的营收，这也是亚马逊第一次冲进榜单前三。\n坏消息则是上个月末亚马逊的二季报不尽如人意，1131亿元的净销售额低于市场平均预期的1192亿元。\n与此同时，亚马逊还因对个人数据的处理不符合欧盟《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）而被卢森堡国家数据保护委员会（CNPD）处以7.46亿欧元的罚款。\n受此影响，亚马逊股价大跌，市值蒸发近万亿元人民币，截止发稿时前一日股价报于3341.87美元/股。\n被欧盟罚款，被美国调查\n针对亚马逊数据隐私泄露的处罚目前仍只是初步决定。据彭博社报道，亚马逊公司因违反欧盟的数据保护规定，被欧盟监管机构处以7.46亿欧元的罚款，这将是欧盟有史以来最大的数据隐私泄露罚款。\n但这一数额很有可能会“打折”，亚马逊已经决定对该决定上诉，收到处罚消息后，亚马逊表示罚款是“没有根据的”，并决定将对该决定提起上诉，在这个问题上为自身大力辩护。\n鳌头财经了解到，欧盟《通用数据保护条例》于2018年颁布，该条例限制了企业对个人用户数据的使用权，根据该条例，企业在收集用户数据，或者在用户同意情况下企业收集用户数据并达成目的后未能及时删除的，都将构成违法行为。\n亚马逊此次被调查则源于法国一家隐私权保护组织2018年对亚马逊的投诉，该组织认为亚马逊的广告体系并不是在用户自主同意的基础上建立的，这显然违反了《通用数据保护条例》的条款。\n实际上，这并不是亚马逊首次因用户数据问题吃到罚单。去年12月，亚马逊法国网站就因未经用户允许储存用户个人信息，被法国国家信息与自由委员会处以3500万欧元的罚款。\n除了在欧洲可能面临巨额罚款，亚马逊在美国本土也麻烦不断。根据The Information的报道，美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）对于亚马逊84.5亿美元收购米高梅一案已经展开调查，调查期可能会持续6个月及以上，这意味着亚马逊无法在短时间内完成对米高梅的收购。\n美国联邦贸易委员会的现任主席莉娜·卡恩是坚定地亚马逊批评者，她曾不止一次对亚马逊的经营模式提出过批评，可以预见的是，接下来美国联邦贸易委员会将会不断的对亚马逊“找麻烦”，亚马逊接下来的日子或许不会好过。\n五万中国卖家被封\n亚马逊在欧洲和美国的风波源于监管部门的压力，在中国的风波则来自自身的决策。\n今年5月份开始，亚马逊对平台上的五万中国卖家进行了封店，不少国内主营跨境电商的企业受到了影响。\n根据深圳市跨境电子商务协会统计，从5月开始的两个多月时间内，行业损失金额预估超过千亿元。\n据了解，此次中国卖家大范围遭到封店与“刷评论”行为有关，所谓刷评论既商家售出商品后通过优惠、返利等形式吸引消费者在平台上反馈商品评论，这种国内电商行业的基本操作，在亚马逊看来则成了违规行为。\n今年6月16日，泽宝旗下的三家店铺因疑似有刷评论行为，被亚马逊暂停销售；7月6日，有棵树则发布公告称因违反亚马逊平台规则，旗下340家店铺被封，1.3亿元资金被冻结，被封禁的店铺数量占到了有棵树的30%左右，受此影响有棵树1400名员工被迫辞职。\n对于大规模封店的行为，亚马逊在致全体卖家的公开信中表示，“一直以来，亚马逊的政策明确要求卖家不可以滥用评论。近期我们暂停了部分卖家的销售权限。亚马逊不会轻易做出暂停卖家账户的决定，我们深知每位卖家建立和经营一家企业的不易。不过，亚马逊治理不合规运营行为的态度是坚决的，也是一贯的。”\n尽管封禁的前提是中国卖家确实违反了相关的平台规则，在不少业内人士看来，亚马逊的行为有些“过于严厉”。\n“封号的情况每年都会出现，但如此大规模，且没有警告和铺垫的处理还是第一次。这也给中国的跨境电商企业提了个醒，做海外生意要符合当地法规及风俗，不能将国内经验生搬硬套。”长期观察电商行业人士向鳌头财经表示。\n上个月22日，商务部也对此事做出了回应，商务部对外贸易司司长李兴乾在国新办举行的新闻发布会上表示，总体上看，这是外贸新业态发展过程中出现的问题，是阶段性的“水土不服”，是“成长的烦恼”。\n电商增速不及预期，云业务利润率又封顶\n有观点认为，针对中国卖家雷厉风行的封号是新官上任三把火的表现。今年2月份，贝索斯就声明将在今年夏天进行权力交接，亚马逊云计算部门CEO安迪·杰西将成为继任者，上个月5日，安迪·杰西正式接过了亚马逊的领导权。\n但从安迪·杰西上任后的第一份财报可看出，目前新官上任的第一把火暂时还没有烧起来。\n7月底亚马逊发布了021财年第二季度财报。财报显示，今年二季度亚马逊营收1130.80亿美元，同比增长27%，不计入汇率变动的影响为同比增长24%；净利润77.78亿美元，同比增长48%。这两项数据均略低于此前分析师预估的1152亿美元和78亿美元。\n核心电商业务上，亚马逊的表现同样不能令人满意。财报显示，亚马逊第二季度来自于电商的营收为531.57亿美元，与去年同期的458.96亿美元相比增长16%，不计入汇率变动的影响为同比增长13%。\n这一数据同样低于此前分析师预估的573.5亿美元，同时这一增速也是亚马逊电商业务自2019年以来的最低增速。\n增速降低的“锅”甩到了基数太高的头上。在财报电话会上，亚马逊首席财务官布莱恩·奥尔萨夫斯基表示增速主要是因为去年的基数太高，他同时预计未来几个季度的营收增长率将继续放缓。\n根据亚马逊的预估，其第三季度营收将介于1060亿至1120亿美元之间，展望中值为1090亿美元，同比增长达到13.4%。换言之，三季度亚马逊增速放缓的情况仍将持续。\n亚马逊的云业务营收尽管超过了分析师预估的142亿美元，达到了148.1亿美元，同比增长了37%，但该业务的利润率停留在了28.3%，为疫情以来最低水平。\n奥尔萨夫斯基在财报电话会上表示，AWS的利润率面临着巨大的下行压力，受到很多不可控因素的影响。\n此前，不少人士将AWS视作拉动亚马逊业绩提升的新希望，但就目前表现来看，AWS仍需要在提升利润率上下功夫，更不要忘记欧盟对于亚马逊数据安全的罚款，尽管最终处罚还未形成，但这对于亚马逊的商业信誉是巨大打击，AWS的未来发展仍存在变数。","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AMZN":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1496,"commentLimit":10,"likeStatus":false,"favoriteStatus":false,"reportStatus":false,"symbols":[],"verified":2,"subType":0,"readableState":1,"langContent":"EN","currentLanguage":"EN","warmUpFlag":false,"orderFlag":false,"shareable":true,"causeOfNotShareable":"","featuresForAnalytics":[],"commentAndTweetFlag":false,"andRepostAutoSelectedFlag":false,"upFlag":false,"length":6,"xxTargetLangEnum":"ORIG"},"commentList":[],"hasMoreComment":false,"orderType":2}
