Interesting real life example. No one books CoMfort, but they are profitable. Everyone books Grab, but they are not profitable.

  Coming from parents with young kids… often grab will ask us cancel if we hv kids with us.. so best bet for us is cdg. And if u look at prices, sometimes cdg fare can b cheaper than grab too.
