While $TENCENT(00700)$ isn't as widely use globally as Facebook, I do think it has talents to rival FB in innovation. It should focus more devising new ideas and grow its businesses outside of mainland china. Also, like many Mainland companies, it is focusing on too many things but not being the best of anything. Slim down and focus on develop something innovative that can gain market share.
