对于这种曾经辉煌的品牌来讲，用“黑莓们”来形容或许最为贴切。为什么仅仅过了10多年，“黑莓们”就从大众视野中消失，给人一种濒临灭绝感，很少再听到这些品牌的声音？于是在当时环境下，黑莓也因“安全”闻名于世。三个最高层对于战略层面无法达成一致，也为黑莓的没落埋下了种子。而在一次非常重要的董事会上，Mike Lazaridis拿出带键盘的黑莓手机明确表示，自己并不认为没有键盘的黑莓手机能够成功。
