The company is reportedly planning to resume double shifts in Giga Shanghai by mid-May, amid expectations that component shortages and lockdown restrictions will ease. The company, meanwhile, delayed the filing of the proxy statement with the SEC.</p><p><b>SEC Clampdown Pressures China EV Stocks:</b> <b>Nio, Inc.</b>, <b>XPeng, Inc.</b> and <b>Li Auto, Inc.</b> sold off this week after the three were part of the SEC&#39;s fresh provisional list of Chinese companies non-compliant with the audit inspection regulation.</p><p>The implication for the companies is that they would be delisted from the U.S. exchanges if they are found non-compliant for three years.
