三安光電2021年業績增29% 因LED芯片價格回升等

作者：言木 近期，三安光電（600703.SH）發佈年報顯示，2021年營業收入爲125.72億元，同比增加48.71%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤爲13.13億元，同比增加29.20%；基本每股收益爲0.29元/股，同比增加20.83%；擬每10股派發現金紅利1元（含稅）、不轉增。 （圖源:三安光電2021年年度報告） 公開資料顯示，三安光電主要從事化合物半導體材料與器件的研發、生產及銷售，以氮化鎵、砷化鎵、碳化硅、磷化銦、氮化鋁、藍寶石等化合物半導體新材料所涉及的外延片、芯片爲核心主業。 據其年報顯示，三安光電2021年營收首次突破百億，主要是因爲LED芯片價格回升、Mini/MicroLED業務高速增長、集成電路業務翻倍增長等。 與此同時，三安光電還是同時發佈2022年一季度業績公告稱，2022年第一季度實現營業收入31.07億元，同比上升14.35%。 （圖源:三安光電2022第一季度報告） （本文僅供參考，不構成投資建議，據此操作風險自擔）
