Musk has argued for weeks that Twitter (TWTR) was able to fully confirmed that the number of such accounts equaled less than 5% of the company&#39;s total user base.</p><p>&#34;Twtter has failed or refused to provide this information,&#34; said Musk&#39;s representatives in their SEC filing. &#34;Sometimes Twitter has ignored Mr. Musk’s requests, sometimes it has rejected them for reasons that appear to be unjustified, and sometimes it has claimed to comply while giving Mr. Musk incomplete or unusable information.&#34;</p><p>Twitter (TWTR) shares fell more than 5% in Friday&#39;s regular trading session, to end the week at $36.81--or more than 31% less than the $54.20-a-share price of Musk&#39;s original buyout agreement in April.
