美國 CPI 再創新高，這次的高通膨，除了是過去量化寬鬆政策引發，現在的美國難以控制的主要原因，是俄烏戰爭導致的全球糧食收成大大降低，原油價格高企不下，供應鏈中斷。這不是說透過升息，控制民衆消費，就能壓制通膨的，而是要解決全球的供應鏈問題，這問題不解決，物品價格短缺，運輸費上漲，物資價格必定上漲，升息只會導致人民生活更辛苦，而通脹卻沒有被壓下來，因此不排除升息政策會暫停。
