barry the VERY BIG difference this time is the Government runs the Big Banks with their Stress Test now and they now have to price in WWIII because of Russia and China All the Big Banks are about to get Slaughtered when the Fail the WWIII Stress test, You know it's coming , They have to protect main street from the BIG bad banks because they won't protect themselves . So look for all big banks to add major to reserves and will have to cut the dividends and stop share buy backs , You now have to prepare for WWIII$Bank of America(BAC)$
