$APAC REALTY LIMITED(CLN.SI)$This is the problem with Singapore Stocks. When listing they collect public money to expand. After they are making money they will try to delist. Then they will create another company to collect money. The cycle repeat again and again.

SGX does not care about the minority shareholders interest.
