$Meta Platforms, Inc.(FB)$still a powerhouse cash cow company that generates billions from ads revenue and though already at its mature stage, is still looking to reinvent itself for further growth. and people who thinks that metaverse is something that will not happen so soon may want to think again. You can actually see fragments of metaverse taking shape. One very good example is augmented reality that is already implemented by Niantic. Go figure out why Microsoft wants to acquire Activision if these companies don't see a potential in the metaverse.
