$纳斯达克(.IXIC)$ 为啥说有隐含的流动性危机，这次紧急降息媒体普遍没有提到《企业和居民部门的信贷支持》这份文件，文件第一条就提到了贴现窗口工具，其实就是给银行借钱，但这种借钱的方式叫贴现窗口。
这是个紧急流动性工具，也称最后贷款人工具。银行一般不会向美联储申请使用这个工具，因为用这个工具就说明你银行在市场上借不到钱，只能去央行借钱，是个污点。
结果现在不仅把这个工具给你用，还把这个工具的利率降低了（借款嘛肯定有利率）。。。细思恐极
