Today is a happy day because my overall portfolio finally positive (profit) thanks Tiger for giving us coins and vouchers which we can use to offset our cost/purchase. Also some stocks that i picked show good results! Thank you Tiger friends who always shared trading ideas daily. When i see green as usual i wanted to sell it [Facepalm] so now in control mode not to sell, some stocks should be a permanent resident in portfolio [LOL] unless sell for good profit then buy other stocks that in the dip but got room to go up ๐คฉ
Always invest in business that you believe in/doing well/daily needs/sustainable dividend or good growth.
$SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 Value ETF(SPYV)$For growth, there are also other ETF in my pick like SPLG, BRK.B and recently start watching SPYD. ETF is my permanent resident stock.
The second pick is REITS, have many Reits (dont put in one basket) but I especially like $ASCENDAS REAL ESTATE INV TRUST(A17U.SI)$just declared dividend $0.07873 ex date10 Aug 2022. The stock price moving up!
The third pick is banking, as we need bank npay home loan/etc loan, so holding bank atock tp get its profit back to our pocket (dividend) [Chuckle]
Summary: if i need to pick top 3 holdings to be my permanent resident i will pick ETFs, Reits and Banks.
