Not sure what ‘technical requirements’ refer to, but control will be returned to CN to allow them to continue to operate. This action probably caused shut down of certain mining operations that could have affected Marathon mining production over the past day or two. CN admits that local regulations in Texas caused delays in energizing mining machines for Marathon. These long regulation approval delays caused a loss of significant revenue to CN, as well as the substantial increase in electricity (thank you Joe Biden). Appears the approvals are now in place, and it would benefit CN revenue if they can power up all Marathon's miners ASAP.
