Keep going 🎯🎯🎯
Are you keep on going despite recession is coming, interest rate is getting higher ? I would like to keep going n buy good value stock at a discount, if possible. Months ago i have decided to set aside monthly, a portion from my monthly saving to buy stocks (pay myself first), if i stop now, means i only buy at high and stop buying on discounted ? [Surprised]
Now indeed have to be more selective, some maybe said oh of course you can buy but how many lots ? Is this a race that buy mostis winner ? To me it is about strategy, what stategy suit best for individual? What is yr risk level ? Are you a value investing or trading or mix of both ? [Smile]
Today i see $FAR EAST HOSPITALITY TRUST(Q5T.SI)$ 52wk low 0.52, DY5.34%, PB 0.67, div 0.03 EPS 0.07 (quite ok), grearing ratio (debt) the last 5 yrs below 40%. I will consider it if dip more nearer to 52wk low, why ? Because my other stocks nearer to 5yrs low now [Facepalm] so it's all look interesting but which one to add first ?

$MANULIFE US REIT(BTOU.SI)$recently bought at USD 0.43 Now creating another low in the last 5 yr [Surprised]
Also i still looking at $SINGTEL(Z74.SI)$[Grin]
