The Stoxx Europe 600 added 0.74% in morning trade. Financials and materials sectors led gains while the healthcare sector lost ground.</p><p>Euronext jumped 2.3% for a two-day run of gains and Ashmore Group jumped 2.6%.</p><p>The U.K.&#39;s FTSE 100 slid 0.13%. Other stock indexes in Europe also mostly climbed as France&#39;s CAC 40 gained 0.67%, the U.K.&#39;s FTSE 250 slid 0.33% and Germany&#39;s DAX rose 0.66%.</p><p>The Swiss franc, the euro and the British pound were up 0.7%, 0.5% and 1.3% respectively against the U.S. dollar.</p><p>In commodities, Brent crude was up 1.39% to $84.01 a barrel. Gold was also up 0.65% to $1,644 a troy ounce.</p><p>German 10-year bund yields fell to 2.108% and the yield on 10-year U.K. government debt known as gilts was down to 4.067%. The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield slipped to 3.840% from 3.878%.
