Daiwa Logistic acquisited Two Freehold Properties and A Freehold Land in Japan. It was announced on 22/09/2022.

Dividend is expected to increase by this transaction.

The intersting part is partial captital from new share issue, sponsor will get new share at 0.77 SGD, current stock price is 0.685 SGD.

I appreciated spnsor’s kindness, give away benefits to public investor.
