🚢 SBLK vs. ZIM Stock - Which one is better ?  ZIM has been beaten down badly however i am thinking to wait if price dip again in 2023 then i add, meanwhile i like SBLK which is also a shipping company, the dividend received in full (without tax deduction) and the stock price is quite defensive. I will consider to buy $Star Bulk Carriers(SBLK)$ at $17. Its dividend 4x a year, from the company website : As of May 2021, the current dividend policy provides that the Board may declare a dividend in each of February, May, August and November in an amount equal to (a) Star Bulk’s Total Cash Balance minus (b) the product of (i) the Minimum Cash Balance per Vessel and (ii) the Number of Vessels. 

However I could not find information why the dividend was not taxed. Maybe due to the company was not registered in US.

🇸🇬 SG market, added in my watch list $STRAITS TRADING CO. LTD(S20.SI)$ the price seems reasonable however the dividend yield is low, the net income track is good [Surprised] 

Recently has been adding SG REITS 🏪today added $FAR EAST HOSPITALITY TRUST(Q5T.SI)$ Net income look promising, the debt (gearing ratio) is not high.

Tomorrow want to add other REITS will check which one worth it (value for money)

You may guess my portfolio mix of many companies, like rojak !!! (asian mix fruits) yes my friend to diversify 😍
