My 27/12 trade on $OUE COMMERCIAL REIT(TS0U.SI)$ at around 0.345 x 100 using the $5 given voucher is pretty good In the end I paid $30 for value of 34.5 also have regular dividend of 5% per year which is $1.80 can buy ingredients to cook at home I feel it's better than esr reit as it has positive earnings per share and half yearly dividend $Vanguard S&P 500 ETF(VOO)$ My spin not too good this one free trade instead of voucher Do feature me for a post to let people know whatreit is cheap and good @TigerEvents @TigerStars @TigerEvents
