@WayneEvans:$Bed Bath & Beyond(BBBY)$ Greg has claimed to have gone to many stores and talked with managers who tell him they have not had trouble getting stock, among many other false bits of information. Save the miles on your jalopy. You don't need to go to stores. Go the the website and just click on the national brand products. If they are in stock, they will tell you that you can pick it up at a certain store. But if not, here is how to tell: Example Dyson vacuums. If you click on a Dyson item, the page will tell you it is "Out of Stock", however you can still have it delivered. Why? Because suppliers have turned to collecting the payment and using outside fulfillment to ship direct to the customer, paying a small commission to BBBY. The big suppliers have stopped giving goods on credit to BBBY. Now only cash in advance for goods. I went to a BBBY last week. Nearly empty store, Kitchen goods, Knives, Vacuums, all very sparse. Many National Brands were absent, like Dyson. Very few customers, notably somewhat older people.
