Singapore Stocks to Watch: Golden Agri-Resources, HPL, Nio
The following companies saw new developments that may affect the trading of their securities on Wednesday (Dec 21):
Golden Agri-Resources expects to record a fair value loss of US$230 million for the fourth quarter ending Dec 31, the palm oil company still expects to be profitable in Q4 and for the full financial year.
Hotel Properties Ltd has sold its entire interest in HPL (Olympia) Ltd (HOL) and Maple Olympia Propco 4. The £40.8 million (S$72 million) cash sale to an unrelated party will reap a gain of S$29 million but the group's net tangible assets will not be affected.
Nio said on Tuesday (Dec 20) that hackers had breached its computer systems and accessed data on users and vehicle sales, in the latest hacking incident to hit the global auto industry.
