Silvergate Capital, $Silvergate Capital(SI)$ , fell 58%. Yesterday new traders opened up positions on$SI 10 P 3/3/2023, expiring in two days. They slammed puts, 81% ask side and exited today (see volume img). That trader returned ~10000% today from yesterday, turning $13000 into 1.3 million. Thing is this was actually somewhat realistic because u would have known that that yesterday was the deadline for 10k filing. It’s actually possible someone speculated this exact thing woulda happened without it being insider info.
