$FRENCKEN GROUP LIMITED(E28.SI)$ below $1

$HONG FOK CORPORATION LTD(H30.SI)$ below $1

The above companies looks good for me, I have sold my stock to take some profit, not investment advice. 

I watched video on the US banks collapsed, will the investors gets anything ? when seeing the PB ratio below 1, BVPS is below the share price, but if the company collapsed or have to sell at a huge discount, investors don't get anything ? So what the point i care PB so much ? I feel i need to learn more of the company prospects / current economic situation / news, other than the fundamental analysis. 

Definitely Need to continue learning to be  better investor/trader.
