大馬交易所
大馬交易所（BURSA 1818）今日宣佈重大改革，往後在中小型企業板（LEAP）上市的公司可轉移至創業板。這項修改措施預計將促進中小型企業板公司轉移到創業板上市。
根據大馬交易所新推出的指南，想從中小型企業板轉移至創業板上市的公司，需要在中小型企業板上市至少2年，而且必須獲得保薦商的評估，以確定適合在創業板掛牌上市。
同時，交易所指出，申請轉移至創業板的公司還需證明本身有明確和透明的定價機制，以證明其轉移至創業板上市的公平性和合理性。
