SG Reits for US office properties
Oh dear keep on dropping till reach the lowest in history 😭 I can't buy more coz the latest P&L loss, are these still a buy ? I think to buy $KEPPEL-KBS US REIT(CMOU.SI)$ when it goes to 0.40 because lastest pnl still profitable but how the projection of 2023? Infest wisely my friends. $MANULIFE US REIT(BTOU.SI)$ and $Prime US ReitUSD(OXMU.SI)$ has dip so much !
My total loss in these 3 counters : USD 170 still holding coz cud not bear to cut loss 😅
Is CMOU a buy ?

Just to update you as of today $Prime US ReitUSD(OXMU.SI)$ $MANULIFE US REIT(BTOU.SI)$ $KEPPEL-KBS US REIT(CMOU.SI)$ has paper loss USD 215.20 not included dividend received. Contemplating to add CMOUwhich now down to the lowest point and lastPnL still profit, queue at 0.34 😅
