Oh dear keep on dropping till reach the lowest in history 😭 I can't buy more coz the latest P&L loss, are these still a buy ? I think to buy $KEPPEL-KBS US REIT(CMOU.SI)$ when it goes to 0.40 because lastest pnl still profitable but how the projection of 2023? Infest wisely my friends. $MANULIFE US REIT(BTOU.SI)$ and $Prime US ReitUSD(OXMU.SI)$ has dip so much !

My total loss in these 3 counters : USD 170 still holding coz cud not bear to cut loss 😅

Is CMOU a buy ?

I lost quite a bit with prime us reit. think at least 8 times your amount despite very small position 😕. I will just let it rot and see whether it will go up few years down the road or just write off the Investment. it is safer to Invest in s-reit than us reit

Investing in Reit most importantly is the dividend income. P&L is negative sometimes can due to revaluation. As long as the company still rent out their property and able to distribute dividend, should be no issue. But gearing is a problem now for US REIT. All very near to 50% limit.

REITs have poor performance during high interest rates so might be in the red for a long while🙁[Comfort] You can check out user REIT_TIREMENT and see if he did any analysis on these reits. Did they still give good dividends in 2022?

I shall buy more $Prime US ReitUSD(OXMU.SI)$ at 0.26. waiting there now. already loss 35-40%. bought from the 0.45 price till now. US recession waiting to happen. all the big boys are cutting expenses or manpower. they have no immediate financial obligations n next dividend is in Sept. Still has positive rental reversion. they have diversified clientele rather than one or 2 big players.
