ptra borrowed 150 million dollars, but the debt condition of the creditor was that the company had 4 times the amount of cash of the 150 million borrowed. Now that it is difficult, the creditor is trying to collect 150 million, and in order to deal with it, the company has sent a letter to look at it again on favorable terms and said that it is waiting. If this doesn't go well, you can declare a default.
If tesla buys out Proterra, they would be biggest electric commercial car companies in the world. Musk should do it. I am looking at the earning which is growing year after year. This is called manipulation. Hold on to the shares. Shorts will start covering soon.
