REITS WITH GOOD DIVIDENDS

We all love dividends stocks, dont we? Someone told me that there are some people who dont have to work but live off dividends payout. I was wondering how much did the petson put in, in order to live off huge amount of dividends payouts. I would like to marry such a person to enjoy life solely on dividends payouts.
Apple, Microsoft gives good dividends. So does Nike too. I cannot speak for other stocks as the lists are going to be a long list.
These reits are also paying good dividends. ESR-REIT pays 4 times in good times or 3 times in bad times. Whichever Reits you invest, make sure it is good, growth company.
