$C3.ai, Inc.(AI)$ Some 13Fs were filed today by some of C3's smaller investors. Raymond James Financial Services Advisors (a subsidiary of the main company in Florida that files a separate 13F) did not own any shares on Dec 31, then came in as a new investor in Q1 with a buy of 17,000 shares. Atonra, a Swiss firm, did not own any shares on Dec 31, then came in as a new investor in Q1 with a buy of 12,500 shares. Beck Bode in Massachusetts did not own any shares on Dec 31, then came in as a new investor in Q1 with a buy of around 10,000 shares. These buys were too small to affect the stock price, but it's significant that investment professionals from all over have their eye on C3 and are buying some shares. The short sellers claim that C3 is not actually a software company, that its products are not getting much traction with customers, and its accounting is faulty. But if all this was really true, investment professionals from all over would not be buying shares in C3. May 15 is the deadline for filing 13Fs, so filings from larger investors will be coming in over the next 10 days.
