光大環境候低收集
光大環境（257，市值205億元）上月24日發盈警，當日至今，股價並未因此而下跌，仍升1.8%（恆指同期跌3.5％），候低收集。
1）光環盈警指，2022財年（12月年結）盈利料跌30%至35％，以跌幅中間落墨計，賺45.9億港元（EPS 0.75元）。業績倒退原因，是建造業務大減，及為旗下波蘭附屬公司商譽撥備5.9億元。 今年預測PE 3.4倍
2）2023財年，僅估計不必再為波蘭公司撥備，光環盈利已可回增13%。光環今年盈利預測55億元（EPS 0.99元），回增20%，預測PE 3.4倍，較6年平均7.1倍折逾一半。
3）光環2023財年預測PB 0.34倍，較6年平均0.98倍折讓6成半。
4）2021財年每股派息0.34元，2022財年預測派0.28元，股息率仍達8.4釐，較6年平均6釐高出2.4釐。
5）2022年6月底，光環淨借貸高達848億元，淨借貸 / 股東資金總額高達128％，有集資壓力，估計在適當時候（例如股價並非極殘時）。對上一次集資，在2018年，27股供10股，供6元，集資100億元；當年供股前，淨借貸比率72％，現時比率較當年更高。光環現價3.33元，候3.1元收集，目標3.9元。大摩（3月）睇3.98元，中信證券（3月）睇4.2元。
