Our government would not be in a position to intervene, because the tech sector would essentially be bailing the USA out with the massive returns the government would make of these new transaction especially as the world evolves to AI and the FED begins to relax its stance on increasing interest rates. A massive bid for Roblox would potentially get bidders all the way up to approx. premium of $200 per share.
