$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$ My 2-cent on naked shorts. Shouldn't there be a limit to how much FTD an agency can have during a period of time, example, 10k shares per year? Or there's no limit to it? Is there any penalty when an agency FTD when they hit a threshold That FTD? The regulations on naked short are lacking and no one bothers to do anything even when it have become a problem. Should this carry on, I will definately loss confidence trading stock that are on NYSE.
