海力威衝刺上交所：2022年營收4億，計劃募資5億

松果財經消息，青島海力威新材料科技股份有限公司日前遞交招股書，準備在上交所主板上市。計劃募資5.08億元，2.1億元將用於車用橡膠密封件生產線技術改造及擴建項目。 天眼查APP顯示，海力威是一家以從事汽車製造業爲主的企業，主營業務圍繞橡膠、聚氨酯、複合材料等高分子材料製品的研發、生產和銷售，產品主要涵蓋汽車和軌道交通兩大應用領域，實行“以銷定產+少量備貨”的生產模式。 招股書顯示，海力威2020年、2021年、2022年營收分別爲4億元、3.66億元、4.06億元；淨利分別是7736萬元、6092.4萬元、7724.8萬元；扣非後淨利分別是7827.55萬元、5553.5萬元、7044萬元。 來源：松果財經
