There are several headwinds for robinhood but it is certainly an interesting stock to watch given the possible chance for Us stocks to recover in 2023.

With markets optimism back if the tech futures continue to trend higher, it is important for me to see how Robinhood moves. Robinhood now is around a tenth of its peak market capitalisation. However, like what I said earlier, sec regulation against its business model for free commission trades but yet selling the trade flow to companies like citadel, etc is one potential risk factor.

Tightened regulation against crypto trading will likely impose further pressure though if it ever becomes mainstream, there will be a slow recovery for robinhood.

Sam from ftx who owns a few percentage stake in Robinhood should not be too worrisome for robinhood traders. It basically isn't that substantial that could crash the share price.

What's important here is that it is definitely an interesting stock to watch, so is tiger brokers.
