If you elieve the worse is over and FED will pause interest rates hikes. Because smaller caps meme have alot of room to run.

Risk reward ratio is very high but you must have the holding power and be able to see the stock tank. Buy with the amount you are able to lose and still sleep well at night.

But of cos you should also keep some big CAP as insurance. My fav big cap is $ASML Holding NV(ASML)$
