EU econ energy crisis abated for now.. with mild winters. Econ grwoth is better than expected. Cromwell concerns over done. Steady ship wth diversified tenants and assets. At 0.6xPB too ccheap to ignore. Any shorts need to cover as well by 1Q since yields are very high!
