Food feeds the tummy while reading feeds the mind. Without reading, we will remain the same if not worse because through reading we get to explore every corner of the world, all while chilling in the comfort of our home or while waiting in a queue. I have no plans to read a new book yet this year but I'd like to re-read a book which I have finished once before and benitted from it. Atomic Habits is the title of the book. It's a book which contains of many tips and tricks to help us incorporate any good practice or eliminate any negative habits from our daily life. One of the lessons I like a lot from the book is to improve 1% every day. The improvement might be little to no significance but doing it in the long run will certainly allow us to witness the power of compounding. It's been awhile since I last read this book. Reading it the 2nd time will surely give me a different perspective to get an edge in life in ways I know nothing about prior to reading this book. It's a book which I strongly recommend to everyone who aspires to get better in life in any shape or form. You can thank me later [Grin]
