來源：應急管理部官網 央視新聞 日前，國務院安全生產委員會向江西省人民政府發出《重大生產安全事故查處掛牌督辦通知書》。通知書指出，2023年1月8日，江西省南昌市發生一起大貨車衝撞人羣的重大道路交通事故，造成19人死亡、20人受傷。根據《重大事故查處掛牌督辦辦法》，國務院安委會決定對該起重大事故查處實行掛牌督辦。 國務院安委會表示，江西省要依照《生產安全事故報告和調查處理條例》等有關法律法規及規章規定，抓緊組織開展事故調查，迅速查明事故原因，嚴格按事故調查規定要求研究提出處理意見。事故結案前，要將事故調查報告(未定稿)報國務院安委會辦公室審覈同意後，由江西省負責批覆結案並向社會公佈。結案後，事故調查報告和事故處理決定落實情況要及時報國務院安委會辦公室備案。 據央視新聞報道，1月8日0時49分許，江西省南昌縣幽蘭鎮S517連接線桃嶺村路段發生一起重大道路交通事故，已造成19人死亡20人受傷。傷者已送往南昌縣人民醫院、中國人民解放軍聯勤保障部隊908醫院救治，事故原因正在進一步深入調查中。
