字節跳動CEO樑汝波發內部信宣佈調整目標制定和回顧的週期,把原來的雙月OKR(目標與關鍵結果)改爲季度OKR,把公司級的雙月會改爲季度會。對於調整的原因,樑汝波指出,公司現在大部分業務相對成熟複雜,雙月變化不明顯,回顧週期可以更長些。過去幾年,字節一直使用着雙月OKR的績效考覈,這套方法 論和考覈方式成爲此前抖音、今日頭條等產品高速增長的基礎。但當全行業增長紅利見頂,增長越來越難,雙月考覈以及數據驅動讓很多員工疲於應付,效果適得其反。(全球企業動態)
