Following up from my previous post - trade on Cloudflare

A quick recap, was assigned 1 lot of Cloudflare just this week when the Put options with strike of $40 expired last friday with 10 cents in the money.

Planning to apply Wheel strategy with this lot of share, manage to sell a covered call at strike of $50 and collected $230 on Tuesday when the stock hits the high of $42.70. This covered call options expiring on the 10 of Feb, which is a day after earning repots. In any case, will still be monitoring how the stock will be trending over the next 3 weeks if any further action could be taken on this trade. For example, if the stock price were to dip much lower (below $40), may roll down to $45 from $50, which will get some credit for this rolling down options. If stock up shot up way above $50 ($55??) may just let the stock get called away, or may roll up the option, really depends what the option price action will be.

Meanwhile, am expecting this counter will be ranging side way between $38-$48 till its earning report.
