As for the property market, I read that the big 3 chinese banks are providing credit lines to support real estate sector so the signs are looking good. As for educational sector, I think the moat is broken, I will stay away. Personally I'm only keen in their big techs where the growths are. The banks are certainly cheap however I had enough exposure to financial sector so I'm staying away to avoid over allocation.

True.. but i will not touch their real estate directly nor their financials.. is not my circle of competence.. i am looking at big tech as well.. but there is still headwinds.. until the US china relationship changes.. this headwind will always be there..

I'm not concerned about the spike in covid cases as this is due to china reopening. This is temporary and will likely peak and comes down in a few months time. With China reopening, supply chain disruption is no longer an issue, another sign of inflation had peaked.

The recent audit by the US on china companies turn out well.. so the delisting risk is reduced.. but this is an ongoing affair.. so have to see as well..

News is certainly positive for now.. but the reopening is fraught with uncertainty and with covid cases spiking.. is a cause of concern.. Not to mention there are still structural weakness that have not gone away such as the property market.. educational sector..
