Analysis for SBFM
$Sunshine Biopharma Inc.(SBFM)$ In my opinion the offering is more about an opportunity than a necessity. They just came out of an investor's conference last week, And it's safe to say that a medical industry investor took an interest.
My complete guess would be that sbfm is going to get some marketing promotion or other benefit, making the investment worth it.
It’s so obvious that at 5am a group of new shorts shorted this hard in premarket. They are setting us up for. Huge squeeze. 2100% reported yesterday in revenue.
Congratulations to us longs... at least last time they waited until after the RS to do a bunch of dilution. Sigh. If breaking $1 was all they needed to issue an offering, it's obvious they have no good catalyst coming any time soon.
That PR yesterday was their only good news for months it seems. I'm going to regret not selling at open yesterday but today's offering is even worse than I thought would happen.
