Worthington Industries - a restructuring opportunity
I last looked at $Worthington(WOR)$ about a year ago. Since then it has proposed to re-structure into 2 listed entities - steel processing and pressure cylinders.
A sum-of-parts valuation shows that there is a margin of safety. Refer to the table below. The company is also financially sound. Given its separation plan, this is an investment opportunity.
