Are the regional banks bouncing back?

$Western Alliance(WAL)$ disclosed that its deposits have grown by over 2 billion since the previous quarter end, signalling a return of depositors’ confidence after a massive flight to safety amidst a number of bank runs that had triggered the collapses of a few regional banks.

Hopefully, the stocks of regional banks have found their supports. With a resolution in sight for lifting of the debt ceiling, failure of which would otherwise lead to a catastrophic fallout of the US economy, shares of regional banks, particularly the likes of Western Alliance Bancorp that have been beaten down severely, are due for strong rebound.
