Today (25 May 2023) the premarket NASDAQ futures edge higher, reason might be due to the strong earnings report by Nvidia(NVDA) and related AI and chips stocks are also benefitting from it. I would expect the market to open higher on NASDAQ. Today, I think today my trading strategy would be into Ai and Chip stocks. Result from 24 May 2023. Elite Education Group International Ltd(EEIQ) has performed well, but PacWest start to lose the surge. Here is the predicted result for today (25 May 23) Today we have AI and chips stocks including Alphabet because the strong earnings report from Nvidia (NVDA) seems to have boost the investors confidence. $C3.ai, Inc.(AI)$ . would benefit as a software provider for A.I., $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ would benefit by providing the chipset for laptop and desktop which would be used to run A.I. Trading View - C3.ai Now the bull strength is not strong, I would wait till around 8am(EST) to see how AI would trade, before deciding whether to go in. Sentiment Analysis of predicted result Most of the sentiments for these 5 stocks are positive (above 0). This might explain why there is a nice surge in premarket for these 5 stocks. Summary Do take cautious in trading stocks that has risen on news, this might be a short term surge. I will monitor closely how it will be trading 1-2 hours in premarket before actual trading starts at 9.30am(EST).
